Group Class Benefits
Lillie-Mae dog training recommends group classes because of the benefits that often do not accompany private/one-on-one training. Besides socialization, group classes offer a unique way of incorporating distraction training early on in the training process. We at Lillie-Mae Dog Training personally love our puppies learning early on in a group setting that other furry friends being present does not mean they are immediately allowed to greet and play. Pet parents get to choose when they can say “hello”. These pieces are key in raising a dog that’s well-adapted to your life.

Private Training
For those that prefer the comforts of receiving training in home, private sessions can be a good fit. Along with working in the home, private sessions can be conducted in the other places where you want to encourage responsiveness in your dog, such as on your morning walk path. Private sessions are also great for behavioral training so that your trainer can be hands-on at each moment, as well as in control of the stimulus levels.
*Our private sessions also include a written review of the session and your trainer's recommendations.*
Private sessions are set by the hour. However, if the training does not go past 30 minutes, the remaining half hour can be used at a later date.
